Hello!
My name is Melina Sandel and I am majoring in Digital Media and Design with a concentration in Web and Interactive Design at UConn. I’m from Long Island and am passionate about inclusivity in Design. I was first introduced to Photoshop at 8 years old by my mom and I have been creating work ever since. I strive for empathy when I design and my newest project is an app to help students with time management!
Something unique about me is that I love playgrounds. I give all the playgrounds I visit a rating and I’ve started to share those with others. I think that is why I love Photoshop and Adobe XD so much. For me, it is the ultimate customizable playground; there are so many different features to use and I feel like I’m learning something new every day in the program.
